Happy Happy Joy Joy!

Lulah got her results and they're great!
Her tumour was 'low grade' I'm assuming this is like a grade 1. The results were that it is out. We have to check her very regularly for any new lumps and check the area on her leg that this one was removed from to make sure it doesn't grow back. Obviously if she gets more they have to be removed as well and if any do appear the faster the better. However she may not get another one. Here's hoping!

When she got home she was very tired. This rather nifty bandage had to stay on for 2 days. She was totally oblivious to it!

And here she is with the bandage off and modelling her stitches.  These can come out next Monday.
She's been under strict orders  not to run around like a crazy thing, no jumping, no playing with her ball, no swimming in the stream. In fact as far as she's concerned pretty much nothing she loves. We thought this was going to be a total nightmare as, anyone who knows Lulah, could tell you that being quiet and calm is not one of her strongest points. However, she has been a total angel.

We're SO happy and SO relieved.
Just thought I'd let you know, and say thank you once again. You folk are the best!!

What a relief - that is fantastic. Doesn't look like they made her wear one of those 'bucket' collars either, which is even better as they hate them. Best of healing wishes to her :)

    1. no, they didn't. Vet told us that there's new research to show that they are very stressful for the animals so they only do it as a total last resort. Lulah hasn't shown the slightest interest in any of her stitches so she's been fine. I think shes got a huge pain threshold!!
      thanks xx
