This was a real "make do and mend" affair!
I made so much passion fruit curd the other day, that I thought why not try do do something with some of it. So I whisked up about a cup of cream then folded about 2 cups of curd into it. Bunged it into a plastic carton (recycled) and put it in the freezer.
I didn't stir it every hour or anything - just left it.
And what did I end up with?
Flipping lovely passion fruit ice cream, that's what!

Take the seeds out and I would hop into that like no bodies business, bit mean really , to love the taste of passionfruit, but cant abide the seeds..........enjoy!
