Spider!

Wandering around the garden at 7am I was checking on the wild flowers - most of them have gone to seed now so I was looking to see if I could collect any. Well, I saw this!

Cool or what! I got a huge sandfly bite on my arm for my troubles! Bad sandfly.
Right, better go, I have a list as long as that arm to get through over the next couple of days.

  1. ooo! Do you know what kind of spider that is? We have great big Garden Spiders over here in the States that are kind of scarey but great for the garden.

  8. That is, indeed, so cool! I like garden spiders too. They eat lots of insects.

    No snow there? No winter?
